We are looking for a highly experienced LAMP developer to work with our existing team of two developers. Our stack is: -> Zend Framework -> PHP, jQuery, Javascript -> Bootstrap and Flat UI CSS -> MySQL database with a pending partial migration to MongoDB -> Redis We work in weekly agile sprints with deployments every Thursday. Our preferred working model is to be able to start a sprint and assign a set of tickets to everyone and have everyone finish their tickets by the morning of the release and have an extra day on Friday to start the next sprint and debug if necessary. Our site is heavily trafficked and thus we need everything done to best practice. You will need to be a great problem solver and used to solving truly tough engineering challenges. Will give most favorable consideration to developers who have contributed to notable open source projects and/or have a good reputation on Stack Overflow. Will ONLY consider U.S., Canada, or Argentina-based INDEPENDENT developers. Willing to pay $50-75/hr depending on experience and efficiency of work.

Zend Framework, MongoDB it is nothing special, most developers here well known with it but we can do the seme job but in 4 times faster (4 developers in the team!). No any prepayd!
