Need a website/program to check availability of emails

For the solution we will make a simple one pager site in HTML, which will have an easy search option in the MySql database to see exact and pattern of emails and propose what can be registered. We should be able to do this quite easily and with 100% quality. If you need this mobile responsive we can do that in the same cost.
