Laundry Management System - repost

I am looking for the following modules and functions: 1- Transactions: Inventory Records Ordering and Billing (incl. Custom Pricing Control) Client Records Check-out and Delivery (incl. Auto Task Schedule) 2- Inventory Management: Unit of Measurement (Kg/Pcs, etc.) Laundry Type (Iron, Dry Clean, etc.) Inventory type (Bottom, Curtain, etc.) 3- Financials: Customizing invoicing & billing (incl. Custom Discount & Promotion Rates) Tracking Outstanding Accounts Receivable 4- Reporting: Sales -By customer/type/date/areas Outstanding -By customer/month Payment -By Customer/month Membership (loyalty clients) Membership Expiry report I am specifically looking for either a freelancer to engage with the above or a small firm who are used to taking on freelancing opportunities. Given a limited budget - I am not looking for anything fancy. As this is an immediate requirement - please let me know if you have the capabilities to undertake such a project and your deliverable time-frames. If you are aware of Off-the shelf software which does the same as the above, and you have used it previously and can recommend it, then please feel free to do so. Thanks! I also have a process-flow data diagram to show how transactions would occur and am willing to provide it for any developer who requests it so that you'd be able to understand what exactly is needed. Prefer a LAMP-supported system, but don't mind dot net either.
