Kinect-based application

Hi,

I need a software (designed for Windows environment), which uses a Kinect sensor in order to:

a) track a participant's finger pointing & movement in space

b) receives some basic voice commands

Also, the software needs to be implemented with an existing Kinect application, thus a common GUI is needed for both old and new applications.
