PSD to Joomla template and Joomla pages, component and modules configuration

We have a graphic template and need to convert it from PSD to Joomla. Stylesheet should include basic fonts and layers. The selected provider will be requried to ensure multiple platform support (IE, firefox, safari etc). We are looking to use some components and would like the template to work with them (like Docman, like forum, etc.). The selected provider will be required to modify Joomla pages, components and modules to have pages exactly like our graphic design (for example the selected provider will be asked to modify the view of the standard search page result of Joomla, etc.). We can give jpg files with the website demo and link to other Joomla website where it is possibile to find some views like we need. At the end of the job, we have to do only the data entry. Bidders should have good experience in PSD conversions, configuring and using Joomla, PHP and scripts. Payment will be made 7 days after completion of the project to our mutual satisfaction.
