272912 Build this Simple Site for me

Hi Coders! I've been planning on creating a site which verifies security, privacy and identify of business sites and then provides them with seals they can display on their site to gain trust with their customers/prospects. Today, as I was doing competitive research, I came across a site that has 80% of the functionality I envisioned. I want to create a site with the same functionality of this site. Attached are screenshots of the required functionality so the scope is very clear. As you can see the site and functionality are very simple so this should be easy for a coder who knows what he/she is doing. Getting this site done as inexpensive as possible is very important to me so please quote as low as you can and let me know how fast you can have this done. Later I will make enhancements to the existing functionality but this project consists of creating a site with the same functionality. Feel free to ask me any questions.
