ASP.Net Archetecture

The project is finishing php work for a social networking website. Anyone that knows how to build one knows what all work goes into doing that CSS, PHP, Flash, etc. But what is needed mostly is an Architecture to put specific function properties into an online tournament bracket for competition purposes. The bracket has to be able to function on its on and know what to do at specific times. If you have any knowledge on how to do this please bid. This project must be done quickly so if you dont have the time to do it please estimate how long it should take, because mostly all of this website is done already but needs to be finished by a Senior Level Archetecture person.
