Very Simple Script Project(repost)

I own a retail gun and ammo store, and I use distributors websites to source products.? One distributor allows me to have a "wish list" of items that I can view online.? When items on my wish list come in stock, I'm not alerted in any way other than my wish list changing from "Out" to "In" on the "In stock" field.? Usually things on my list only last a matter of minutes or hours before they are sold out.? I would like a simple script to refresh this page and look for changes when an item becomes available, and then email me with a notice.? I have a computer on 24/7 with PERL installed that can run the script.? I don't care how it is accomplished or by what method or if it is even compiled into a file or not.? As long as it works, and can update me when products on my wish list become available.? ## Deliverables I would like the email sent to me to contain the name of the item that just became available.? The name is viewable from the same "wish list" screen that shows the current stock.
