Everything below here is just a sumary of the above doc, so reading the document will give you a better overview. All work must be followed from the word document and not from this webpage. To create a system users register with, where they submit their first & second names, an email address, a login id and their international telephone number which is required to generate a login password which will give them full access to full site (you are not required to develop the full web site, just the parts of the system detailed in your tasks below). The company administration system will allow administrator to view all the customers who have registered on the online system and provide a function to modify or delete any entry from the list. You are required to create the following prototype systems: 1. A Perl CGI system using a text file to develop the Registration system only. 2. All three parts of the system using a Web database approach using PHP and MySQL hosted on a UNIX platform to create the registration, login and administration sections. You may use a rapid development tool such as Dreamweaver MX but the final system must have all three parts of the system 3. A Web database approach using PHP with a Macromedia Flash 5 shockwave front-end (i.e. you must use ActionScript within Macromedia Flash) to develop the login system only. The Generate Account password uses the following function to generate the password for new users based on their international telephone number: Password = (International Code + Area Code + Tel Number) * Hexadecimal {International. Code} ## Deliverables Because I’m at the learning stage of PHP, action script and SQL all code must be in a ‘basic’ understandable form. Although you may be an experienced coder, I would prefer code that was easy to understand from a beginner’s point of view. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IE 5+ and unix web browser
