Online Link Building script and web portal

Hello Coders, This bid request consists of two main components. One component will be to develop an online set of scripts that will automate the process of building a reciprocal link directory and the other component will be to develop a stand alone web portal that will offer search functionality to its website visitors. The first part of this project will be to develop a web site that will behave like a web portal. The home page of this domain should include a fully functioning blog as well as the search platform. Every installed“Multi-Link Manager application?? (developed as phase #2 of this bid) on the net will supply this new domain with data by email every time a link partner is obtained. This website will need to receive each email and load the data contained in the email into its database. It will then need to automatically regenerate its link directory to include the new URL's. The final part of this project will be to develop what we refer to as the “Multi-Link Manager Software Application?? that will provide an online format for building and managing link partners for a web site. This script will need to integrate with an offline data base as well as several online MYSQL data bases. This script will generate actual link pages, must include limited auto-responder functionality, and must run on a Linux server. Please note that this script will be made available to others on the web as a free download so it must be developed in such a way as to have three possible upgrade options.
