PHP MySql Project- London or England

PHP MySql expert neeeded for a web site project. I will only work with people in England and they will need to be able to travel to sign a contract in London. Project spec will be given to winning bidder at meeting. You must be an expert and have proven examples of work. The site will take in inputs from customers and generate custom files. All information will be stored in the database. Payment will be on completion of project. This is a straight forward project will only take a week to complete. Winner bidder wil be retained for the second version of the same site.
