• Member profile: Create profile, Log in system, Dashboard with an overall situation of its profile, Budget System with expenses, who pays etc, Invitations system (both manual and fb integrated), Reception List of guests and arrange in sitting plans, ToDo list (simple list), Calendar in which they can have their appointments, and reminders, and add meetings and ToDo, Have a Favourites box, in which you will have lists of your favourite Services providers, Offers Photos and Videos. nSo next to each offer, image, video and company profile (see below) there should be the option to “Add to Favourites”. Favourites to be sorted by profession and type (companies, offers etc). Members’ profile includes sending automated emails to your email at fixed number of days before the wedding informing you of what you should have taken care by then.n• Company profile: we need to have profiles for wedding services providers, i.e. companies. So: 1. create as many professions as we like, e.g. florists, photographers etc, 2. in each category will be able to create as many profiles as we like, 3. each profile will be able to have its Logo, Description, Information (telephone, fax, mobile), Address (on a google map), create tabs for text in editor, Video gallery to embed from youtube, Photo gallery to upload images, 4. Each company will have log in details (username is the email, and their password will be generated automatically and sent from the admin panel) to log in from the front end and Edit their information, like in the website above, 5. Each company, will be able to create photo albums, which they can name as they like, and upload photos in those albums, 6. When you see the companies listed in the front end, you should be able to sort by city. We should be able to chose from the back end a number of companies to appear on the top of the list, like sponsored profiles, 7. In each category, visitors / members will be able to view all photos uploaded by companies in that profession, e.g. in category Florists there should be the option to View All Flower Creations, and underneath each photo there should be a link to that florist’s profile (and of course option to add to favourites)n• Offers module: each company will be able to create their offers. So each offer will include Description, Thumbnail, Photo album, valid from – to, so activated on the “from” date and disabled on the “to” date. In the front end, the visitor will be able to browse these offers, i.e. in the Offers page, they will chose category, and all offers within that profession will appear.n• Articles module: there will be a list with articles. So in the back end, we will have an editor box, and then submit the article and appear in the front end. We should be able to create articles categories, and then assign articles to each category.n• Gifts: we should be able to create wedding gifts packages. So the gifts page should have a list of gift packages, and once you check each package to see its description, price and photo gallery. In the gifts page one should be able to sort gifts by category and price. This should be connected to a gateway for online payments to be accepted.n• Honey moon packages: this will work exactly as the Gifts module above plus Videos. (No online purchase for this module)nnLanguages: the site will be bilingual, so there should be an option to switch between 2 languages, English + Greek, we provide Greek [login to view URL] system for advertisements, where we can choose which banners go where and where to [login to view URL]*** Back end (admin panel): whatever is seen in the front end, must be editable from the admin panel. Namely: database with Members Profiles, Company Profiles, Offers and option to Edit and/or Delete them. We will also provide a range of colors we like to see.
