Online registration PHP script

Online registration PHP script online registration script coding and implementation, with webpage design and form setup on a Wordpress site. MySQL Database. Administrator should be able to remove any entries, and to download a numbered and in alphabetical order .cvs file. Webpage should have a Form validation feature. After visitor registration, system should be able to send confirmation email with link for email confirmation. Once email has been confirmed, visitor should receive a Welcome message. Administrator should be able to schedule and send email different messages to a part or to the whole list of registered people; the same with the list of "Recomendado por". The Names of "Recomendado por" field, together with the names of the persons Sh/e recommended, should go to a different file, and this should be saved in a numbered and alphabetical order downloadable .cvs. file. System should be able to send “Happy Birthday” messages based on person date of birth. This message should include first name of the person(s). Administrator password control panel, including feature for writing email messages.
