Mantis Bug Tracker Updates

Hello ! We are using Mantis as our internal project management application. If you don't know what Mantis is, you can take a look at it at [login to view URL] . System is built with PHP and experience with it is a GREAT PLUS. If you have never used it, please download it, install it and look a bit at the way it is coded to make sure that you can do the adjustments that we're asking for. The scope of this project is a complete redesign of the application. During the redesign process, a few small things will need to be changed because the new design integrates things a bit differently. For example, right now the annoncements are on one page while the issues are on another page. In the new design, those 2 will be on the same page. The issues will be automatically filtered for that user and while this functionality already exists, right now when someone clicks on View Issues he can see ALL the issues for a specific project and not only his issues. An important add-on will be the fact that when closing an issue, a developer will need to specify the hours spent on that issue and the admin should see those hours in the issues list (this will be used for a simple accounting purpose) More details will be discussed and all your questions will be answered. The new design is available only as a picture right now but the HTML files will be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MYSQL
