I can automate this task with desktop application written in Delphi XE3 with built-in FTP client to upload files and DB routines to move text and link data, I did similar project (data import) for OpenCart before, but didn't have experience with MijoShop tbh. However I've done quick investigation and it looks like it uses MySQL/MSSQL backend with pretty straightforward DB structure so it should not be a problem. 7 days to finish is a rough estimate, it can actually take between 3-14 days.
