Wanted: Web Site and Logos

Need a business website with eight to ten pages, complete with graphics and logos. Two logos to be designed as part of project. We have a basic site now, but it is not that good. So we need a site from the ground up. It does not need to be a real sophisticated site -- it needs to give information about what we do, our services, how to contact us, and so on. It won't have a lot of functionality beyond that. I think it will need at least eight, but probably a few more. Home, consulting services, leasing services, and investments to start. We also have a farm operation so we would need one or two pages on that. These farm pages would have to migrate later to their own web site. We would like the work done in such a way that you upload the files to the existing site, but I can work on them as needed, writing text, adding graphics, and rearranging elements. We need a site we can change and expand later. We also need help designing two logos. The first is our company. We do financial consulting and management, and we rely a lot on quantitative methods and mathematics. The name of the company is kind of a joke -- it is short for financial executives, financial equations, and financial excellence. The other logo is for the farm operation. We raise and sell poultry and eggs -- chickens, quail, and ducks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
