Spanish Mambo Site Creation

I am trying to build a Spanish language website. The website is a Spanish language credit card portal where consumers may come to the website to compare credit card offers. For this website, I have select and *already installed* Mambo 4.5.1a with Mosets Tree ([login to view URL]) as the directory underpinnings of the site. I am looking for a webmaster to complete the site. The webmaster is expected to do the following work to complete the site: * Template Design - Modify and design the templates to work with the credit card portal * Translation - Translate interface items and the site from English -> Spanish. Major items have already been translated. * Data Entry - Enter and translate credit card information into respective categories, add card artwork, & affiliate links to appropriate records (about 70 cards) * Tracking - Set up conversion tracking from Google AdWords with tags integrated into site * SEO - Prepare the site to be Search Engine Friendly and create meta tags for SEO * SEF Advance - Install and configure SEF Advance component from [login to view URL] (easy) The ideal webmaster should have the following skills/experience: * Proficient in HTML, CSS, and PHP * Familiarity with Mambo * Native speaker of Spanish for translations * SEO experience The site is located at [login to view URL] The final site should be close to functionality of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but in Spanish. I am favoring developers who can provide high quality and fast turnaround for this project. The quicker the better. Remember, a portion of the work have already been completed. Please review the site prior to submitting your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
