simple redirection script

I need a simple redirection script for subdomains with some extra features. I want to offer subdomains for a price to buyers. When they request a subdomain, they have to validate their emailaddress and after that recieve a contract. After the buyer has returned the signed contract, I need to activate the subdomain. Meanwhile the subdomain needs to be reserved for a number of days (with a special page). During the time it is reserved an email has to be send out halfway that time and at the end (two different reminders). After the activation, the member must be able to edit his/her data behind a password protection (but not their personal data). I also need a password retrieval system. Clients need to log in with an emailaddress, password and birthdate (same for password retrieval). Client will get subdomain and emailalias. They must be able to change URL the subdomain will redirect too. See the hits per day, week, month, year. The client must also be able to see when the subdomain expires, and notify me that the client wishes to end the contract (before a deadline). At the end of the period (annual) I need to receive a expire email (after deadline) so I can send an invoice to the client. If I don't say in the admin part that the client paid then the subdomain needs to deactivated automatically in a month after the expire date (of course I must be able to activate it again from the admin). On the front page I need a member index (alphabetically on subdomain and in categories), also with look-up and whois. I will need to put the admin script in on a different secure domain. In this admin part I will need to edit all the emails that are send out (with certain variables), the clientdata (like addresses), the URL's, the clients passwords. I need a mass mail script with it. I also need to be able to (de)activate a subdomain (for example when the client didn't pay). For that there needs to be an automatic page. I also need to be able to release a subdomain (so it can go up for sale again). The front page of the admin needs to start with the new requested subdomains. I also must be able to get an alphabetic index of all active subdomains - with 50 entries per page - (after clicking on them I need to see all the available data -incl. hits per day, week, month, year- so I can edit of just review it). I also want to be able to block certain emailaddresses (sort of a blacklist). Everytime a subdomain is changed I want to recieve an email with details. ## Deliverables This is more or less the essence of the source I need. The whole script needs to be in PHP with a MySQL backend (also it needs to be a safe script, from hackers or abusers). Emailaliasses are stored in one file called mailalias. The hits can be graphically displayed (with gd-1.8.4_6). I must be able to use two templates: one header and one footer. I will supply the coder with the specific information wishes that I need from the members, I need as administrator and for the visitors on the website. I also need a language template so I can replace english words by dutch. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
