Joomla Project: Extension Required

Hello, I have a couple of fairly simple Joomla scripts that need to be built (or simply modify existing extentions, if you'd prefer). The extension is for Joomla 1.5.X. Could be done with cron job. First extension feature: 1) On the back-end: ~ Admin should be able to, in the extension's admin area, add Products, add Product Brand Names, and link the two together. ~ The admin should also be able to directly link Dates with a particular Product, or Multi-Product Combination, by entering a Date with Product Name and Brand Name. There should be options to do it all in a list all at once for a year... ~ There should be an option to upload an Excel file in a particular file (could be a set format that the admin has to adhere to when filling out the Excel file) with days and months, and select which year to upload the information into. Each day, the extension should then automatically and randomly generate and show in a defined module position to logged in users (Community Builder will be used) either: ~ One Product, along with Brand Name, if there is a Brand Name linked to it, or just the Product name without Brand Name if there is not a Brand Name linked to it. (randomly generated by the extension) ~ Or, a combination of 2 or more Products along with their Brand Names that is randomly generated by the extension. ~ If there's a date linked to a Product, or Multi-Product/Multi-Brand combination, then only that Products combination would show up on that date, not a randomly generated combination. So as not to create a completely new extension, if it's easier, the functionality could be added to an existing extension. If not, a completely new extension with it's own installer would work great as well. I am attaching an Excel file that tries to portray this graphically. The other extension feature: 2) Automatic Birthday E-Mails that will send an automated happy birthday message (such as with a modified DBirthdays module) while dynamically generating a generic message and mail-merging several variables (One or a combination of Products & Brand Names. If a date is linked to products on that day, then that particular combination of Products/Brand Names should be mail-merged, NOT a randomly generated one) from the database into the message. I need the project within 2 days, as quick as possible. So please I need someone who can start immediately.
