Upgrade from phpBB 2.x to 3.x latest version + some other stuff

We have an old site running phpBB 2.x and we want to upgrade to the latest version 3.x. We also want to be able to have advertisement on various places on the forum so if it isn't already built in phpBB 3.x then we need plugins installed for that too. We also need a way to make all links in post go through a gateway link (this must be possible to turn on/off). We also need the links to look better so instead of links that looks like [login to view URL] it should look, to the visitor, like [login to view URL] I think you understand what I mean. If not ask.
