Proprietary Content Detection AJAX client

A producer of audio and video media handling products is looking for an AJAX software development contractor to develop a full implementation, including the integration of graphic design (to be provided after the delivery of an Alpha version) and full testing, for the following system: 1. Display a list of video clips table designated by feed name and time range (e.g., CNN: 21 Jan 4:50:24-4:51:11pm) by query a provided media server through an HTTP API. 2. Support playback of specified clip, including play/pause/resume/fast-forward/fast-backwards through a provided Windows Media Player compatible AJAX playback component. 3. Delete a specified entry from the clip list using the API. 4. Add a new entry to the list using the API, by allowing users to mark a content segment from a specified source and start time using the provided player (already capable of media segment mark-in and out, see demo below). 5. Display a textual report of content detections retrieved through the API. The AJAX implementation must be compatible with the pattern of code used by the company (see demo at [login to view URL]), including compatibility with Internet Explorer 6 and above, and FireFox 1.5 and above, resizable window, and implementation made to provide good AJAX performance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform AJAX (JavaScript/DHTML)
