357586 Oscommerce Custom Package

Using the latest Oscommerce platform I need it to be cutomized to look exactly like the attached design and to function as indicated below: (please see the attached images for reference) The following must ALL be editable through the admin section (the admin will need to be modified). The goal is to produce a template that can be customized (appearance, colors, images through the admin section of the store as follows.) The Admin area will be modified to include a box called “Customize Template”. Each section below will be in this new Box. Each section will need to function as follows: Reference: [login to view URL] A. Shop Logo: Upload a new one through the admin B. Header Image: Upload a New one through the admin C. Header Text: Editable through WYSIWYG Editor D. Navigation Bar: Background image/color upload/modify through admin. Link Color can be changed through admin. E. Main Body Background: The color and Image can be edited in admin. Either upload a new image or set the color (both options required). F. Main Body Picture: This is to utilize flash. Will show 3 rotating images (with links associated). The 3 images and their links can be changed in admin by uploading new images and the links can be modified. G. Main Body Text: This section will use a WYSIWYG Editor. H. Info Box Appearance: ALL info box attributes can be changed in admin section. (Color/image/title) I. Featured Box Appearance: The color can be modified and the title text. (this will affect all the “what's new boxes” on every page) J. Right Side Box: This section will use a WYSIWYG Editor. K. Left Side Box: This section will use a WYSIWYG Editor. L. Footer Box: This section will use a WYSIWYG Editor. (only the image area) The Admin area will be modified to include a box called “Custom Boxes”. Each section below will be in this new Box. Reference: [login to view URL] 1. New Arrivals Box: This box will list the newest products added to the catalog. The items will scroll. 2. Best Sellers Box: Products will be picked from a list of all the products in the catalog. 3. Information Box: This section will be controlled with a WYSIWYG Editor. A new page will be added to the site with the content filled into the WYSIWYG Editor and a new link will be added to this box with a title I choose. 4. Newsletter Box: This section will be controlled with a WYSIWYG Editor. 5. Articles Box: This section will be controlled with a WYSIWYG Editor. A new page will be added to the site with the content filled into the WYSIWYG Editor and a new link will be added to this box with a title I choose. 6. Manufacturers Box: This section can be turned off or on with radio controls. 7. Featured Box: Products listed here will be picked from a list of all the products in the catalog. Admin Section Modifications (above and beyond the mods above): 1. Add a select box for each item in the catalog to enable selection of multiple items at once. (For example I want to delete multiple categories. I can without doing it one at a time. I want to delete multiple products. I can without having to do it one at a time.) 2. Product images can be hosted offsite utilizing the full URL of the image (no max characters) 3. Product thumbnails need to be scaled proportionately. 4. The Product ID – no max characters 5. The “breadcrumbs” text color can be modified in admin. Under the new section “Customize Template” add “Breadcrumb Color” where the user can choose the color of the breadcrumbs text by entering it. For example #FFFFFF. 6. Add one page checkout contribution. 7. Add Shopping allowed for non-registered users. 8. Add Easy Populate contribution, ALL the modifications and additions need to be included as a base installation package. Thanks
