Need a good PHP Programmer ASAP!

Hello! I am in need of a good PHP programmer / web developer. As a starter company I am not able to offer much more than $10USD/hr for beginning. As relationship grows and the clients increase this ammount will be increased, we can discuss that. I need someone who can start as soon as possible. You are giving me a bid on 3 hours of your time. The projects I need you for will involve many more hours than that. I will provide project details and set up an account for the chosen bidder. Things I take into consideration is the best balance in price / quality and speed of work. You have to be fast, and deliver on time! I will pay once a week after you send me your invoice for the ammount of hours I owe you. I am an experienced PHP programmer myself and will be evaluating the charges / work for accuracy. If we work well together, this will develop into an ongoing relationship. Knowledge of JavaScript is a good benefit, as that is a big part of truly dynamic web applications such as I develop.
