Jquery drupal webform theming assistance fast turnaround

I am in need of someone to assist me in completing a project. The project consists of a highly themed multipage webform using drupal as a cms and Jquery to help style the form elements. There are 5 pages to the form. Form consists of dynamic elements that will change based on what a user selects as the user progresses through the form. Below is a list of items I will require assistance with to complete this project. 1 - Web form needs to look the same in IE, FF and Safari. 2 - All form elements have custom styles attached to them. I will need help propagating these elements across all 5 pages. 3 - select boxes that are customized need to be able to overlay over other form elements. I have this working in FF, but IE is where I am having issues. 4 - Assistance in Dynamic Ajax Drop downs for Car Year, Make, Model this data is already imported into drupal as nodes. This is a short turn around project with a tight deadline. You must be good with jquery and styling form elements to be considered. Need someone with good communication skills and quick email responses. Please provide a portfolio so I can determine if you can take this on.
