Javascript Ticker for eBay auctions

I need a scrolling ticker that I can place on my eBay auction pages that scrolls through the other auctions I have available. A ticker like the one that is on the righthands side of the Rent-a-coder home page at [login to view URL] To see an example of what I want and how it should work, goto: [login to view URL] On the top righthand side of the page, there is a link "TiVo Forum Post Ticker" once you click on that, it will pop up on your page and scroll through all the new posts that have been posted in that forum in realtime. Attatched I have included the HTML code for the ticker. What I need done is, have this code modified so it will show the information on this page: [login to view URL] This page, is an up to the second view of the auctions I have available for people to bid on. So that is the page I want scrolling through the ticker. I want the bidder to be able to click on the links in the ticker which will open up the other auction page so they can view it. I do not want the ticker to be a window that floats on the screen. I need it in HTML or Javascript that I can cut and paste into the html of my auctions while creating them in FrontPage. I do have webspace available if I need to upload a file for this to run. However, I do not have any knowledge of programing or of Javascript so directions on how to make this work would need to be included. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform must be able to run on all Windows 98 and above ## Deadline information In order for me to accept your bid, I would need to see some sort of a working example of the ticker I am requesting
