Create the database, store all the information you have and then create a web app with different user levels and permissions, displaying images and everything you need to search - edit - add - remove properties. The texas land website has a nice interface and the search criteria is straight-forward. I might also suggest we add a search drop-down box somewhere ... so that property search options are always available. I can do the whole turnkey thing for you. Will the website "look and feel" stay the same or would you like me to give it a bit of a facelift (perhaps more like texas-landman)? I'm a top-level designer/developer based in the UK.
