PHPproAds like PHPprobids troubleshoot

Hello everyone, I need help troubleshooting my website running on PHPProads. This troubleshoot should only take you 30 mins to fix. I recently installed a mod that is suppose to simplify the URL's for the stores but it isn't working properly. I think the 2 mods to simplify the URL's is causing a conflict. An error occurs.
