Need additional function for my website

I have a website that had been done halfway. I need programmer who is fast and able to complete the project on time. Below is the discrpition of what I need: 1) I already have a reference friends on my website, but I need to add on a function that is call point system. Whenever a user purchase a products from my site, he will able to gain certain points and the points able to store and reuse in the future. And when he reference the website to his Facebook and his friend clicked on it, and his friend buy items from the site after he clicked the reference link, the user also able to gain points. Administrator able to view and set the points. 2) Wishing list, user able to add product to his wishing list. 3) The rest is a very small changes like alignment and touch up to make the website look perfect. Do take note: I have my own design for the point system and wish list and programmer who charge me when I give him this project and it's over then the price that he bid for this project won't be entertained, will straight away look for a new programmers. But I don't mind programmer charge me slightly higher then what he bid only slightly higher. And dateline is very important to me. Thanks
