MPEG file needed(repost)

Hi - We need to have an MPEG movie made with very inspiring photos/images added to our text accompanying a famous war song from Hindi films that talks about winning. It is a total of 5-6 minutes and will need some title slides with text that I will give you. The theme is "accomplishment in the face of odds" and we will need you to get movie or live footage and clear photographs of Dhirubai Ambani (not actor from Guru but real Ambani) and inspirational Indian athletes, perhaps with handicaps who has overcome, and picture of Indian single mother who is bringing up her kids by herself, or other heroes and heroines from India or Indians abroad, can be famous or nonfamous. We can have sometimes a full text screen with words or words at the bottom explaining the picture or video. Like when we show Dhirubhai Ambani it might say at the bottom "Worked his way up from a poor factory worker who was born in a village to one of the richest men in India as founder of Reliance"...something like that. A good example of what I am thinking of: [[login to view URL]][1] I will guide as much as possible, but you must find the images from the war movie and of other videos/photos in CLEAR format and take alot of creative control in this. Suggestions on which heroes to use and what kind of footage to get will be appreciated. I won't be terribly choosy about it, but it shoudl be something very inspirational when done. Due to the nature of the project most likely I will heavily lean towards those of South Asian descent as they will have access to the proper footage and know what to suggest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
