Web page with moving images and effects

This project is for concept development for a web site design. I need to be able to move 4-5 images smoothly and elegantly around on a page, then arrange them in a layout to be decided. That's all there is to this job spec. Movements need to be graceful, as in ramping up and down on speed of movements. More work will come after job is completed. Optimally, I would prefer that this be done in Flash, but unfortunately Flash may not be able to achieve the following requirements. Choose your own weapon. The images need to be dynamically changeable. In other words, the images will later be coded such that the image link will be selected from a MySQL DB. This is not part of the spec for this project. All I want to see in this project is the movement. The second stage of this projct will be to add some design elements or effects to enhance the appearance of the page. Phase #3, also outside of the spec will be to finish the menuing and text content areas. If the job is done in dhtml or javascript, I can do the dynamic part in php. The movement needs to look as Flash-Like as possible. I need this quickly. A portfolio or demo will help immeasureably. Will need MSN for communication. Also please reply with regular hours of availability (GMT). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
