My hosting is on a Godaddy shared server. Theme is FThemes MusicLife. I would like the ability to... 1. Add/Change custom background image on "new pages" that are created without changing the main theme page background (plugin?). 2. Upload .wmv and .mov files from the desktop and convert to flash and played on the sites flash player? 3. Increase the max media file upload size to 100MG for assigned users. 4. Admin has a 250MG max file upload. 5. Embed videos from YouTube and other file sharing sites on pages. 6. Add a flv. video player on the home page. 7. Enlarge the ad space boxes on the right side to 250px x 250px. 8. Add a slide show plug. Programmer must have a least three years experience working with WordPress.
