New Website (Joomla)

Need a highly talented person to design a website with interactive flash, embed audio/video streaming and additional tasks. This involves designing a template along with Flash, css and creating finishing touches to provide a beautiful, professional web site. Duties include: • Web design, creating logos, banners, product graphics, headers and other graphical elements • PHP, XML, Other related tasks The right person...: • Creative in professional web/graphic designs. • Has a background in design and a portfolio of work. • Is well defined, detail-oriented, organized, creative, resourceful, and reliable and takes pride in doing quality work. Person must be highly created and unique, No off the shelf designers, Must be able to manipulate graphics via Photoshop manually, No cookie cutter designs, No off the shelf designers. The budget is $.75 to $1.00 per hour; I require 20 hours of work per week with the goal of increasing this and looking forward to create a long term relationship with the right person. Please bid for the amount you would charge as a lump sum for 4 weeks (80 hours) of work. You will be paid monthly. Please post a link to your design portfolio.
