The site would have the fallowing features - it will be able to seamlessly stream video by means of any widely used player, it will have a comment section below the video, it will have a blogging space, visitors will be able to register and create a profile, it will look professional as in reliable not as in having flashy 3D intros, it will have quite a few pages as I am planning on uploading many videos, the videos will use meta tags and SEO, it will have a search feature and related videos feature, also registered users will be able to upload videos after I approve of them, another important feature will be having an online chat where visitors can ask questions about the site, registered visitors should be able to rate the videos and there must a webstats for how many people have seen the video. I will pay a fixed sum for the project as I have had experience in dealing with dishonest programmers trying to protract the work to get more money.
