Facebook Soccer Game

I want someone to design a game for Facebook. The game must have following features. 1- Soccer Game Just Like Perfect Kick an android game ( Images are attached) 2- Game Must be 3D animated but light weight 3- Payment via Credit Cards for Bonus Gift ( Players will Purchase) 4- Admin must release a Gift for all players every one click and get on Facebook via our app page Like Zynga and other Game Companies do. 5- A Database where I Manage everything like stats , users and other things. 6- Facebook Integration on my Official App Page where I manage all things and people play game there Just Like Zynga games have there official app pages. 7- Players must be play with opponent as there neighbours or other people automatically connected via network. Game will be hosted on external server of mine like Zynga hosted and people play on Facebook via app. Game must be not bigger. As Perfect Kick only have 2 players playing as plenty. There must be premium items and points which we reward only who will pay to us via credit card. I will give you more information If any one want to design it we welcome you.
