Web Site: Area Sales persons name and phone number displayed in banner

This simular to Affilate system. From Sales persons "Web Landing Page" vistor will go to designated website url. Landing page can set Sales Person data, Banner at top of destination web site will display that data on all web pages. examples: Landing Page <[login to view URL]> - click on "Made-in-USA" to go to web site. Web site displays Name, Phone number and maybe e-mail address. This example used ASP session varables and passes it to a web page with two FRAMES sections. Top is a ASP page displaying data. Bottom is destination web page. This works great. Problem is NON of the navagation on destination web page works. I want to be able to place visitor into Any WEb site and that web page will operate without any changes. I am NO tracking and sales from this activity, just want to promote LOCAL Representive name to Visiors. This is for vistors how type landing page url from text off business card or from url placed in E-mails. I understand problems with Printing, IE BACK button, Search Engines problems with Web Page Frames.
