We have a need to create a new small database to keep track of a new small business that distributes potato chips.? Currently we are keeping track of orders using excel files, but we need a more stable system for tracking and growth reasons.? ? I also need? data entry pages that needs to be web based (asp) to submit entrys into this table.
Accounts table- Invoice #, Company Name, Contact Name, Address, City, State, Zipcode, phone, fax, email; Invoice table- Invoice #,? fill date, amount sold, free fill amount, return amount, and route #. and possibly a few additional fields.? What would be ideal is to submit a fill (see attached [login to view URL]) and export a report of fills for excel.
The bidder should provide 1 example of a similar project of the type of programming that will be done.? Basic? coding as described will be considered (so it is easy for me to change).
We currently have an existing SQL 2000 database on a server that we run queries on, so it can be hosted on the same server.
Please bid only if you can create the program as described (No script bugs or errors, and not mysql or access).

- Login page
- Input orders on a form based on the fill form through a page that will save them on a table. There would be a dropdown box for Trucks, and a dropdown for stores assigned to the trucks. A notes box,and a section for returns.
- Based on what was keyed in, an amount collected based on the quantity of items sold. An option to adjust the total price.
- An Inventory table so if a certain quantity of an item is sold, it would deduct that from inventory.
- A page for assigning store routes to trucks
- A page to view current inventory, and view the returns amounts
- A page To adjust inventory
- A page to adjust items that would automatically adjust the fill page
- A page to add stores and their info

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
