Fix PHP Chat On Our Website

Our alerts are not working with the? Crafty Syntax Live Help Chat that is on our website. We need two types of settings for this alert/alarm. AND we need the pop up invites to be fixed also. (1) With "alert mode one" turned on, the alert with CraftySyntax live help will make a buzzer alarm sound when turned on so we can hear when a customer is requesting to chart. This will be used when the operator has stepped away from the computer and needs to be alerted when a customer is requesting to Chat. (2) When switched to "alert mode two", the alert? with CraftySyntax live help will make a soft door bell noise when ever any new customer requests to start a chat. This will be used when the operator is already at the computer with the admin chat page open and may already be chatting with another customer. The problem we are having now is that we are talking to one customer and a new customer requests a chat but the only alert is just a small flashing icon on the top right of the screen. If this little flashing icon is over looked then the new customer requesting to chat now gets tired of waiting and leaves before the operator sees. If there was soft doorbell type noise then the operator would know to look up in that top right corner and start to take care of the customer. (3) In the admin page for the operator you can see a customer on the website. If you click on invite then the customer should see a little widow pop up that says something like "do you need any help or have any questions". This is not working and every time we send an invite it is not being seen by the customer. This needs to be fixed. These things may be just a simple setting that needs to be changed in the software. But one way or the other we need them fixed. That is the bid request. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform N/A
