Small redesign job - new layout for blocks and path navigation

I need for new site? 1) blocks, that are compartible with new design? for: -? main page? - <[login to view URL]> - <[login to view URL]> (all this blocks must be the same in layout) 2) layout for ordinary blocks, that is ok with new design.? example - <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> This must be done with css with existing tags ( # ) 3) current navigation must be in right column on top For example instead of? ? "News" on <[login to view URL]> we need to have | [Lösungen][1] | ? | 4) Path navigation.? It can be in gray line under droup down navigation.
