Podcast Storage and Portal

The basic premise of this new website will be a place for people to store and share their podcasts online. The functionality of the site will be similar to Flickr while we want to have the community driven applications of mySpace to tie all of the customers together. A website that is currently doing something almost exactly like we want is called [login to view URL] so if you would go through their site and let me know what the cost would be to replicate their site I would greatly appreciate it. I will be doing all of the design so please just bid on the cost of the development. A short list of prexisting projects that are similar in the scope to the functionality of the [login to view URL] will need to be provided before further communication. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I spoke with my client a few days ago and he again assured me that he is indeed still highly interested in pursuing this project and that he is still trying to raise the funds to get started.
