A PHP directory site containing multimedia

The new site will be a directory that will let paying subscribers build a personal page that will include text, images, video and sound files. The subscribers will be able to upload and write their details in their personal page after they register to the site, pay via credit card and get access automatically after that. After registration they can update their home page and change their details as many times as they want, via the page CMS. The subscribers will choose to be added to categories in the directory that will help visitors to the site find them. Visitors to the site will be able to surf the whole site for free, to watch the video clip, listen to the music clips and to get in touch with the subscribers by the system's messaging service directly from the site. The video clip must be of good quality and accessible to all internet users. Preferably using Flash. That means there needs to be a mechanism that will enable uploading MPG, WMV, AVI, MOV etc, and convert the video to Flash video (FLV). Visitors to the site will be using a search engine built into the system, to find what they want to see, by searching for search words, or by going through the categories. The site will be based on a CMS (preferably custom-built) that will allow the site owners to enter articles and news items and to quickly edit the content of the site. Coders that can give an expert guarantee along with their bid will get preference. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
