PHP coding for website (demo is available)

This is a PHP coding job for a new website script that I wish to be able to bundle with a sales package. I will require exclusive rights to own and resell once completed and paid for. The site is an automated event based website, so requires time and date capabilities to be built in. I have already created a simulation which I will send to serious, prospective bidders with a good track record. You will be required to complete a NDA. Basically, this is an automated process for managing video replays. Here's what I want the customer experience to be: 1) Customer is taken to a squeeze page which has a registration form, and a countdown timer showing the date and time of the video replay as well as a countdown clock. 2) Customer registers using form on page. Registration gives access to an (admin) customizable member's area but has to go through an upsell and downsell offer page before they reach members area 3) Registration process triggers an auto responder sequence (via Aweber etc, so must be able to process code for this) 4) Members area is admin customizable and has three versions/satges ... pre-replay (only resources are shown and countdown to replay start time & date), during replay(autoplays a video loaded from [login to view URL]), post-replay (sorry, the video replay is over message). Note: Customer is unable to access video replay page until the event time is reached. When the event time is reached, page refreshes to reveal an auto-start video (this will be entered separately, using [login to view URL]) This is what I want to admin to be able to do: 1) Customize all the pages easily 2) Have 'guided' areas on each template pre-replay, during replay, post replay so that it's clear where to cut and paste [login to view URL] code and other info. 3) Be able to customize the look and feel of the webinar replay site via CSS and by changing header/footer/background image A simulation is available of this process via an existing php script which I have adapted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS, HTML, PHP
