OSCommerce Attributes Sorting & Selection plus shipping options

I have previously installed AJAX Attribute Manager V2.7(<[login to view URL],4063/>) with Attribute sort v1.2 (<[login to view URL],1822>) The sort is not working properly. I need to be able to enter the sort order and have the attributes display in the order I specify. The store in question is: <[login to view URL]> This is a store that sells golf clubs. I need the ability to enter a LH club option, but with only certain lofts available. For instance, if RH is selected you have the option of 17, 20, 23 or 26 loft, but if LH is selected you have the option of 17 only. I need to be able to automatically set higher shipping amounts to Canada than the US. Currently shipping is setup on a table rate, but Canadian shipping will cost more than US shipping. I need to have an "upsale" area on each product so that if someone is adding a specific club to their cart, they have the option to add a club head cover that matches that club. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
