Online Accounting program

This will be an accounting program to be done using php and mysql. I run a soccer betting business. I have a group of customers betting with me every match day. Basically it is to keep track daily losses/profits of customer. The users are created into the database by the admin. Daily profits/losses are either entered or imported into the database via the ledger entry. The entries are then accumulated until the settlement date or till it reaches a certain amount. This settings is to be adjusted via the user settings. At the settlement day, the ledger is again reflected showing payments/receipts. The admin should be to add different chart codes for different types of transaction. e.g Payment/Receipts , Contra Contra is whereby a user's losses is used to offset another user's profits. It should be able to reflect it in the Ledger. There should be a range of filters to view pages. More details to share to you upon confirmation of deal.
