Create a flash website with Content-Managed Admin section

We require someone to build our flash based website, [[login to view URL]][1] The main consideration of the design is to be high quality images, crisp and clear, very sophisticated. I have attached a powerpoint document demonstrating the design, and explaining the features we need. Please review the documents carefully before bidding. Please let me know if you have any questions at all. The site will be almost identical to [login to view URL] The site needs to have an ADMIN level (with password login) where Admin can add, edit, remove for the following sections: MALES FEMALES CLUBS SPONSORS AGENCIES On all these sections, ADMIN should be able to change any info on the page (including links to members, sponsors, and clubs, etc). Admin should also be able to access the mailing list (email addresses submitted by users on the MEMBERS page and on the CLUBS page) and view/sort. Admin should also be able to view all applications submitted by a user. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Open to suggestion, though our other sites use PHP and have MySQL databases.
