Clean, smart looking website graphic design

I am building a real estate web site similar to many others out there, such as [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2], [[login to view URL]][3], [[login to view URL]][4], [[login to view URL]][5]. My website is different in that it is solely focused on buying a home, and getting the best deal. So it lets you put in your search criteria, and then it shows you the listings that meet that criteria, ranked from best to worst deal. The site is designed for customers who just trust us, rather than having to do all the research themselves, so we don't need to provide lots of pictures or virtual tours or stuff like that. The point is to simply return the address and basic info about the best deals available now. What I want help with is making it look really cool. I want it to be very clean and simple, not quite as plain as [[login to view URL]][6] but less cluttered than all the sites mentioned above. A site I admire for look and feel is [[login to view URL]][7]. Looking at the real estate market should feel kind of like looking at your bank statement, not like looking at a classified ad magazine. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The design will include a home/search/results page, a property detail page, and a subscriber account management page. ## Platform I think the graphics can run on any platform, right? I can clarify this with my web hosting service, if necessary.
