Drupal Module to consolidate totals on Field Collection field

I require the writing of a Drupal Module that plugs into Views and Services. I have a drupal website with a Field Collection field, containing recipe ingredients. The first of the two fields within the field collection field contains the amount, the second contains the ingredient name. For example: 2 Onions 1 Potatoes 3 Eggs I also have a View that displays a week's worth of recipes, for example, 7 meals. What i need YOU to develop is a module or View that will display the ingredients of these 7 meals, but consolidated into a sensible grocery list. For Example: Recipe 1's ingredients: 2 Onions 1 Potatoes 3 Eggs Recipe 2's ingredients: 4 Onions 5 Potatoes 1 Eggs Instead of giving me a list that looks like this: 2 Onions 4 Onions 1 Potatoes 5 Potatoes 3 Eggs 1 Eggs It should rather should give us this: 6 Onions 6 Potatoes 4 Eggs This View must be accessible via Drupal Services modules, because we are writing an app that will access this view via Services and display it on an App. If you are successful in your bid, you will be given access to the current site's views and so on to allow you to complete the job.
