Website Data Extraction(repost)

Looking for an extraction to be delivered in comma delimited and tab delimited format. This file will be an extraction of the products on [[login to view URL]][1] and will follow these guidelines: Please provide us with a tab-delimited text file of the content from your web site's product pages. The first line of the file should be the header, using the field names defined below; each subsequent line should provide the data for a single product. **Format Requirements** * Tab delimited plain text and comma delimited plain text. * First line of the file is the header - must contain field names (described below), separated by tabs. * One product per line; each data field should be separated by a tab. * Do not have trailing tabs at the end of lines. * File must be saved in LATIN1 or UTF-8 encoding. ASCII is also acceptable, as it is a subset of LATIN1. * Product and image URLs must be fully qualified. That is, they must include the http://portion, for example: [login to view URL] * The content in your feed file must be the same as the content visible to users on your web site. The description and price you provide in the feed must be the same as the description and price on your product URL page. * The image URL must be that of the actual product image on the product page. Do not use thumbnail images. If there is no image of the actual product, leave the field blank. Do not use logos. Please read the attached file for complete specifications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform n/a
