Online Travel Form

Below is a list of requirements which must be functional. Traveler should be able to create an account. If the traveler is also an administrator there should be a flag in the system to make the individual and admin. Traveler should be able to create a Travel form. Traveler should be able to edit info assoc. with creating the account. Traveler should be able to save partially completed Travel form. Traveler should be able to edit a saved travel form until it has been submitted for approval. If rejected traveler should be able to edit travel form again. If travel form is rejected there should be a reason for rejection attached to the status of the travel form. Traveler should be able to check the status of a travel form. Traveler should be notified that a travel form is approved. Approval should be displayed on the status screen associated with the travel form. Traveler should be able to list all travel forms with approval pending. Traveler should be able to select a specific approved travel form. Traveler can resubmit a travel form. The system should indicate that the travel form is a resubmission. Traveler should be able to to cancel a travel form anywhere in the approval process. This means is that administrators who have not signed off on the form should not see a cancelled travel form. The administrator has only read access to a travel form. The administrator should be botified that there are pending travel forms for approval. Once administrator completes approving all of the pending travel forms, the notification should not appear when the administrator logs into the system. The administrator can electronically sign a travel form. The administrator should be able to access a list of all approved travel forms. The administrator should be able to access all travel forms for a given person, indicating whether the travel form is pending or approved. *There are 5 administrators who would need to sign off on any "APPROVED" travel form. The titles for the administrators are Chairperson, Dean, Sponsored Research, Crest, and Title III in that order. *We have already designed the interfaces for the most part we would just need the code to actually make the page work and query the database. We created the database in MS Access.
