Video Player with Menu(repost)

Menu program to play video files(see the example screenshot) Summary The final program will be distributed on CD to play a series of video files. It will play 800x600 avi videos. There will be links along the left side(as shown in the example layout) that list the available videos. There will be links along the bottom that go to websites which open in the default browser. This program should work for Windows and it would be great if a MacOSX version could also be made(such as with RealBasic) and that would be considered in the bid amount however a Mac version is not a requirement to bid on this project. The menu program should not require any installation(ie will run from the CD). I am open to suggestions on the project. The menu can be in any appropriate language that will work with PC(or Mac) such as realbasic as long as it will play the avi videos and does not require installation. Sample File A photoshopped example of how the program should look is included. Details I can provide all of the graphics used. I have the photoshop file of the example layout which can also be used(just turn off layers as needed and save flattened result). I also have an html version of this project available. The actual player should have controls: Play/Pause/Stop/progress slider and a volume control Free resizing is not needed, the user can have a choice between 1024x768 and 800x600 and they can use the full screen mode to watch videos full screen. Must play avi files(this is the only format I can use for the quality I need vs size). It is acceptable to use media player for the windows version and quicktime plugins for the mac version because these will be installed on any computer the software is used on. Final menu program must be complete, working and look polished and professional. Must run without requiring user installation(for windows at least) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows compatible(XP/Vista), MacOSX is a plus
