Service for Novell Groupwise Email Collection

I need a software product written that will work as a service on a server running Novell Groupwise. This product will 1) Look at all incoming emails and test their subject line for a defined piece of text - then if this text is found - take a copy of that email and put it into a defined directory - and write a database record to a SQL database logging where the email is saved. The main part of this project is to capture emails from Groupwise and test the subject line to see if our defined text is in the email - if it is then call a function to move the email to a separate directory - and call a further function to write a database record - then call a further function to mark the email as filed (by changing the subject line) If you are a group wise expert and think that there is a better of differant way of achieving what i want then i am open to suggestions. Please only bid if you are fully familiar with and have experience of groupwise. thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
